Beechworth Wine Estates

Established in 2003, Beechworth Wine Estates spans 53 acres, half of which is planted with a wide selection of cool-climate and Italian-inspired varieties—from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio, and Fiano on the whites side, to Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Merlot, Tempranillo, Shiraz, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Tannat, Graciano, and Malbec on the red side.

Their motto, “dreams produce great wine,” reflects the passionate hands-on approach to low-intervention winemaking. Grapes are all handpicked, and winemaking is carried out with minimal sulphur use and an emphasis on allowing each variety to express the region’s terroir.
