Winemaking at Baarmutha is guided by Old World principles—minimal intervention, wild fermentations in open vats, and maturation in French oak barrels buried underground for extended ageing.
The core varietals include Riesling, Chardonnay, Shiraz and even the rare Sagrantino, each crafted to express the cool‑climate terroir and vintage character.
