Paramus Verdejo

The Verdejo grape is one of Spain's most exciting up and coming white grapes. Paramus is crafted at Bodegas Soterrano, a modern winery run by a young team of enthusiasts under the guidance of winemaker Adolfo Heredia. Using state of the art technology, grapes are fermented at a low temperature of 59 degrees F for a minimum of 2 weeks to preserve their freshness and flavour. A juicy palate with flavours of orange citrus and melon. Medium weighted and easily accessible.
