To craft Double Barrel Shiraz we started with rich concentrated ripe fruit from selected Barossa Vineyards.

The Shiraz was first matured in traditional oak barrels before being finished in aged Scotch whisky barrels. This unique double-barrel technique imparts additional layers of complexity and smoothness.
