Similar to Shiraz, blocks of Ingoldby McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon are fermented individually, with a portion of the wine matured in oak. The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon expressing the regions character-rich terroir. Winemaker Notes Colour: Ruby Red. Nose: A vibrant bouquet of raspberries and blueberries with strong undertones of mint and dried eucalyptus leaves. Palate: Intense and powerful, the palate is well balanced with cherry fruit, smooth tannins and excellent length.
